The event, co-organized with the Small Business Guild of the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL), brought together more than 500 participants, including entrepreneurs, startups, micro and small enterprises (MSMEs), representatives of the public sector, academia, investment funds, and multilateral organizations, establishing itself as a key space for promoting solutions with real impact on the country’s productive and technological development.
During the event, DITT presented startups incubated at Startup UNI that are being supported by our incubator and that, in several cases, have managed to accelerate their growth thanks to seed capital from ProInnóvate and the technical and strategic support of the university. UNI took part alongside six startups: KUIDDA, AIO Sensors, GATO, Realzo, Luca, and GreenID.
The proposals focused on public safety with artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, technology platforms, virtual reality, sustainability, and applied technological innovation sparked the interest of players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, opening up opportunities for collaboration, financing, and scaling.
In addition, the UNI booth was visited by the Minister of Production and representatives of the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, strengthening ties and generating valuable contacts to continue promoting innovative entrepreneurship from the university.
With this participation, UNI reaffirms its role as a driver of innovation and technology transfer, connecting academic talent with the market to turn technological proposals into concrete solutions that the market urgently needs.
